  The congregation was warm and welcoming. The service was peaceful and thought provoking.

  What a great place!!! The members here are really welcoming and the children's education is exceptional - the curriculum they use has won national awards. If you're looking for a cool liberal church whose members like to hold pot lucks and lots of social gatherings then this is the place for you.

  I wasn't a member of this church, but I did attend an Adult Children of Alcoholics meeting here. It was totally dominated and controlled by one person. Can't say her name but she is very active in the church. She has broken anonymity at the meetings and has actually told the pastor about some of the people in the meeting. One lady she told the pastor was mentally ill. Outside of the meeting! She also didn't keep the church and meeting seperate, so I couldn't be sure if what I said would be broadcasted all over. Very unsafe if you know any people in the congregation. I am sure she will crop up again with another meeting. The old one ended because of her crazy controlling. Please avoid it, it is and she is not what they seem to be. On the other hand the church itself, was friendly, and the Rev. Nancy Dean, who has left, was a very nice person.
  They are very social action oriented, and do good work. A bit pushy about money and pledging. Hope this one bad apple doesn't spoil it.
